The Refuge is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors who oversee the general operations of The Refuge to ensure that The Refuge conforms to its mission, vision and values and to ensure that The Refuge operates at the highest level of integrity. The Refuge is thankful for the Board’s leadership, passion and faithful service to Jesus Christ through helping homeless, street, at-risk and struggling youth in our community.
