food
The Refuge offers breakfast and lunch each weekday and dinner on Friday and Sunday. All meals are free of charge. Between breakfast and lunch we remain open serving coffee and tea (and hot chocolate in the winter months), juice, water, and snacks. It is also a safe place to be, play games, use our computers, or just have friendly conversations with staff, volunteers and other youth.
breakfast
Breakfast is served Monday to Friday from 9 to 10:30 am. Eggs, bacon, pancakes, bagels, cereal, fresh fruit, milk, coffee, tea and juice are often on the menu!
dinner
Dinner is served on Friday during our Family Night program as well as during our Rec. Room program. The doors open at 6 pm and dinner is served at 6:15. The centre closes at 8 pm.
lunch
Lunch is served Monday to Friday from Noon until 1:00 when the drop in centre closes. Each day the menu is different and prepared by our amazing volunteers.
coffee
The coffee is always on at The Refuge (and tea, juice and hot chocolate in the winter months). Come and grab a coffee on us.
